Lower Brook Barn Highly Commended

Hayes and Partners have achieved another accolade for the project, Lower Brook Barn, Rainow – this time for ‘Best Change of Use’ of an existing building or conversion, in the Local Authority Building Control Building Excellence Awards.

The awards are held as an opportunity to celebrate the best construction in the region, recognising the high level of skill and professionalism the building industry is capable of reaching. This particular project was nominated through Cheshire East Council Building Control and the ceremony was held at the Macron stadium, Bolton.
