Architects Hayes and Partners have been shortlisted for various design awards over the last six months, including ‘Best Residential Architectural Practice’.   Using examples from their award-winning portfolio, they explore what it takes to be successful residential architects.

We believe good architecture is the enclosure of space, capture of sunlight and framing of views.

Each design is bespoke, relating to the site context and brief to create imaginative solutions.  We are flexible and versatile in our approach to design, we are equally focussed on the project whether it be traditional or contemporary design, ensuring that it is the best of its type.

Good design is a balance of proportion, quality of materials and efficient use of area.  Our designs surpass our clients’ needs, expectations and aspirations, enriching their lives.

We achieve high quality solutions by providing a personal service, remaining sensitive to our clients’ style, tastes and budget constraints.  Through close involvement of a senior member of staff for the duration of each project, we are consistently responsive and ambitious, supportive but challenging – expanding the original design brief where appropriate, to exceed expectations.

Hayes and Partners is a long established, award winning RIBA Chartered Architectural practice based in Macclesfield.  We have a large client base in the Cheshire East area, dealing with a wide range of residential projects from listed buildings, extensions and alterations, to agricultural conversions and replacement dwellings.

We offer a free of charge enquiry service where we meet prospective clients on site to discuss their property requirements, and any planning issues that may arise from these.  If you are considering taking on an architectural project, please do not hesitate in getting in touch to arrange this no obligation consultation.
