Approved – alterations and extensions

Prestbury, Macclesfield. Planning approved for alterations and extensions to include inserting a dormer extension within the roof to create enough headroom for a new shower space. The proposals also include a new orangery to replace the existing timber conservatory. The new orangery will have a solid roof with a central roof lantern.
A new boundary retaining wall will also be constructed, along with hedging to match the existing on either side of the new boundary.
