Redevelopment of Brownfield site
Hayes and Partners obtained planning consent for the construction of a new dwelling on a brownfield site in the Cheshire Green Belt. The new single storey dwelling was designed to have no greater impact on the Green Belt than the existing buildings.
Hayes and Partners then obtained further planning consent for a larger new dwelling with a detached garage and garden store with a separate drive leading to the water park.
The house appears traditional from the front but has large areas of glazing at the rear facing the garden and water park. The approved house will have three double bedrooms and a large open plan living space with large windows and a vaulted ceiling.
